1 A leading agriculture product processor and exporter. (Hulled Sesame Seed) Motivated by roaring success of their unique product in international market, the client wanted to venture into domestic market with premium segment branded product in the category.

The client approached ‘B-Intelligence’ to chalk out the launching strategies and media plan. It was suggested by us to first conduct a Market Perception Study. The study revealed Trade Perception and Consumer Perception not so favorable, given certain conditions and we recommended the client not to launch or at least differ the launch.

2 A leading agricultural product (Green Dates) farm near Bhuj. The client was growing Green Dates for ages and was in the practice of giving away the crop on lump-sum basis to the highest bidder for the entire season.

Motivated by the thought of realizing better value for the yield, the party thought of value addition I form of grading the crop and packaging the same in convenient Box Pack for the end consumer.

We were engaged for carrying out Perception Mapping of the Market (Trade Circles as well as consumers) to ascertain the potential and viability.

The findings of the Field research revealed that though Gujarat market did not have the habit of regular consumption for the product, few other markets outside Gujarat, did have the preference of the same.

Thus, the research conclusion enabled the Fruit Grower to identify the right geographic markets for their product for better value realization.

3 One of fortune 500 MNC Based out from the need to assess the current market practices and wages standards, the client mandated

‘B-Intelligence’ to carry out Market Research within their industry sampling for data of wages and employee welfare programmes across various levels of labour. A well-structured and reliable data compilation enabled the client realign their compensation strategy.
